Terms of Service & Distribution Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing LaunchIndex.io, submitting software for indexing, claiming an existing project profile, or ordering paid launch distribution packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Free Listings & Directory Inclusion

LaunchIndex catalogs legitimate open-source repositories, self-hosted software, developer micro-SaaS, and AI utilities. Inclusion in the free directory is subject to automated telemetry verification and manual quality screening. We reserve the right to decline or remove submissions that contain malicious binaries, fraudulent code, unlicensed copies, or non-functional landing pages.

3. Paid Launch Packages & Deliverables

Paid tiers (including Starter Pass at $9, Launch Discovery Pack at $29, Category Spotlight VIP at $49, and Ship Everywhere at $99) represent expedited editorial review, multi-channel broadcast, newsletter placement, and verified profile amenities:

• Starter Pass ($9): Expedited review queue bypass, permanent website link, dynamic SVG badge, and starter community votes.
• Launch Discovery Pack ($29): Automated broadcast to LaunchIndex social accounts (X/LinkedIn), feature placement in the weekly newsletter, search engine ping, and +20 starter upvotes.
• Category Spotlight VIP ($49): Pinned top placement in the tool's primary category for 30 days plus all deliverables of the Launch Discovery Pack.
• Ship Everywhere Syndication ($99): Manual done-for-you submission service across 40+ curated developer and startup directories, with proof links and report delivery within 5 business days.

4. Refund Policy & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record (Whop). Because distribution broadcasts, search engine pings, and manual syndication work are initiated immediately upon order confirmation, refunds are handled under specific criteria: if a submission is rejected by our editorial review team before syndication has occurred, a 100% full refund is issued automatically. Once broadcasts and manual directory submissions have been published, services are deemed fulfilled.
